Goal
In most domino games, the goal is to get rid of all your tiles before your opponents do. How the other players do depends on how many pips are left on their remaining tiles and what version of the game they are playing. You should always try to have as few pips on your own tiles as possible.
Domino sets and tiles
A domino set, which usually has 28 tiles, is used to play domino games (tiles are also referred to as pieces, bones, rocks, stones, cards, or just dominoes). Each tile has two ends that can hold up to six pips on each end.
A "doublet" is a special kind of tile that has the same number of "pips" on both ends. The doublet with 6 pips on each end is the most valuable tile. A double six set is another name for this.
If you have earned enough stars while playing the game, you can change how the tiles look. You can win games and get stars. You can also use these stars to make the background a different color.
