Golf Solitaire Pro is a deceptively simple but addictive solitaire game! In the game, you must act quickly to clear the board before you run out of cards.
Gameplay:
Golf Solitaire Pro is similar to Tripeaks in gameplay. Cards in the layout can be removed if they are one higher or lower than the visible deck card at the bottom. The Ace is both high and low, and it can be played with either a 2 or a King.
Wild Cards can be played at any time and, of course, any card can be placed on top of them.
It's worth noting that you can use the undo button in this solitaire game to look under the deck cards at the bottom. This can be extremely useful if you are presented with several card options to play, allowing you to determine which option will remove the most cards from the layout.
Scoring:
The key to racking up the most points is to maximize your card run multiplier. This multiplier increases every time you play a card from the layout without turning over a card from the deck. The multiplier is reset to zero when you turn a card from the deck. If wild cards are in the layout, they count toward your card run, so it's often worth pausing to plan your moves.
Each card removed awards 200 points multiplied by the Card Run Multiplier. Removing all of the cards in a column awards 1,000 points multiplied by the Card Run Multiplier.
There are three bonuses available after completing a round: time bonus, deck cards bonus, and round number bonus.
Quick Hints and Tips:
You can sometimes chain card runs together for massive scores by using wild cards dealt into the layout. You can try to remove a column like this for a better chance at really high scores because the points gained are so much higher. However, there is one disadvantage to this strategy: you are less likely to win a round of golf solitaire. So it is always more important to try to complete the round unless you happen to notice that wonderful moment when the cards have perfectly aligned!
